Challenges & Custom Solutions

This project required innovative solutions to enclose a large, 100sqm outdoor space while maintaining accessibility and ventilation. Our approach included:

• 8 Ziptrak outdoor blinds in Pebble Stone, a popular shade with 3% openness, allowing light and airflow while keeping the area sheltered.

• Custom aluminium flashings, powder-coated in Woodland Grey, for a seamless, durable, and weather-resistant finish.

• Multiple aluminium powder-coated posts, positioned to close off oversized spaces and create a dedicated doorway blind.

• Retractable blinds that allow the space to be fully opened up when needed, including a vehicle access point at one end.
