Another great outdoor living transformation completed by the Shadeland team in One Tree Point, Northland.

For this project, we installed a complete Shadeland roof and ShadeTrack Pro blind system, creating a modern, sheltered outdoor space that looks like it was always meant to be part of the home.

Getting the finishing details right makes all the difference. The new roof was carefully flashed into the existing home, giving the installation a clean finish while ensuring water is properly managed.

We installed a dedicated downpipe running neatly underneath the deck before tying it back into the existing stormwater drainage system. This keeps the visible areas clean and uncluttered while providing an effective solution for rainwater runoff.
